Inner Journey LTD was founded October 2022 in Colorado by cannabis connoisseurs A'Dazia Ferrell and Guillermo Carrillo who wanted to help combat cannabis stigma, and the overdoses caused by prescription opioids, and fentanyl. Like all epidemics, the death toll affects low-income communities most.

Inspired by the desire for a solution to his ailing relative, who survived a car accident, co-founder and Chief Production Officer- Guillermo Carrillo- saw an opportunity. As a cannabis connoisseur who advocated the medicinal benefits of marijuana to his family for years, he seized a chance to provide elevated care and relief to his loved one. Combining his newly acquired knowledge of molecular gastronomy, from his sushi chef career, with his comprehensive cannabis knowledge to create Hippo's Salve CBD.
Moved by the commitment to his loved one, A'Dazia Ferrell- Chief Executive Officer and co-founder- identified her partner's solution would benefit more than his relative, and she began to lay the foundation for what is now Inner Journey LTD. The company's Mission and Vision were drafted to remind ourselves that we care about our community, and have a solution aimed at providing liberation in movement and returning the joy of living to those living in the spectrum of pain.
